Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of process improvements and plant modifications.
• Perform detailed process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Conduct thorough process hazard analyses and implement mitigation measures.
• Provide expert technical support to production and maintenance teams.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in chemical plant operations and process engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in process troubleshooting, optimization, and scale-up.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
