Senior Children's Residential Care Lead

Ben Williams Recruitment is seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker for an outstanding Children’s Home in Winkfield, Bracknell Forest. You will work with children and young people with complex needs, providing stable, compassionate care and supporting their daily routines, education, and development.

You will need a Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and a Full UK Driving Licence, plus recent experience in similar settings.
