Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, and utility networks.
• Conduct site feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical due diligence for new projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents using CAD and other relevant software.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, building regulations, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff within a remote setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, highways standards, and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills for remote collaboration.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly desirable.
