Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of various civil engineering projects, including road, bridge, and utility infrastructure.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and prepare detailed technical reports and specifications.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve any technical challenges.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Perform detailed calculations for structural integrity, drainage, and traffic management systems.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in civil engineering design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and PDS.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant UK building regulations, standards, and health and safety legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a relevant professional institution is highly desirable.
