Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural and infrastructure design for building and civil engineering projects across various sectors.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations, utilizing advanced engineering software.
• Oversee the production of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Requirements

• MEng or equivalent in Civil Engineering, with a strong focus on structural and infrastructure design.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognized professional institution (e.g., ICE, IStructE).
• A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in civil and structural engineering project delivery.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure) and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead remote technical teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills in a virtual setting.
