Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of complex transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, junctions, and traffic management systems.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, calculations, and tender documents in accordance with relevant DMRB and other national standards.
• Conduct traffic analysis, capacity assessments, and feasibility studies to inform project development.
• Oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Mentor and guide a team of civil and transportation engineers, fostering their technical growth and project management skills.
• Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success and alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in transportation engineering , with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is essential.
• Extensive experience with transportation design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, KeyBridges, traffic modelling software) and project management tools.
• Deep understanding of highway design standards, traffic engineering principles, and environmental impact assessments .
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, suitable for a remote working environment.
