About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of complex civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, transportation, and water management systems.
• Perform detailed structural analysis, calculations, and site assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, drawings, and tender documents with precision.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff within a remote setting.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams through virtual communication channels.
• Oversee project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 8 years in civil engineering design and project management, preferably with experience in managing remote teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, design codes, and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly desirable.
