Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and planning of various civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage systems, and site development.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and produce detailed technical reports.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and technicians.
• Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and construction methodologies to ensure quality and safety.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Significant professional experience (e.g., 7+ years) as a Civil Engineer , with a proven track record in project management.
• Chartered Engineer status (e.g., MICE) or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning policies, and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
