Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage, and structural elements.
• Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies to assess project viability and technical challenges.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents for tender and construction.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively, reporting progress to stakeholders regularly.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Civil Engineer , with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of UK building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Membership in a professional engineering body (e.g., ICE) is advantageous.
