About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of various civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, transportation, and site development.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses, providing expert recommendations for project viability and execution strategies.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project documentation using industry-standard software.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery in a remote setting.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of UK building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams in a remote work environment .
