Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of civil infrastructure projects, including road networks, drainage systems, and utility provisions.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, calculations, reports, and BIM models .
• Undertake site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments related to infrastructure development.
• Ensure designs comply with current UK regulations, standards (e.g., Sewers for Adoption), and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure design.
• Professional qualification such as Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards it.
• Proficiency in relevant design software, including AutoCAD , Civil 3D , and drainage analysis tools like MicroDrainage .
• Strong understanding of highways design, S278 agreements, and flood risk assessments.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
