We are recruiting for a Senior Claims Adjuster, Credit, Political Risk & Crisis Management on behalf of an extremely well-regarded London Market Insurer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and processing claims, using analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement in themanagement and use of TPAs and third-party experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing complex and disputed claims matters,including in-depth claims analysis and trends.
• Managing estimates and billingscalculated by clients and brokers and resolving any discrepancies.
• Identifying and investigating coverage issues.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives via processand/or technology change.
• Partnering with colleagues to perform data analysiswork, providing valuable insights that improve claims performance.
• Ensuring claims files are compiled and maintained ina logical and accessible manner.
• Supporting the development of relationships with internal and externalcustomers.
• Providing mentoring and career development tocolleagues.

Key Requirements

• Extensive and relevant knowledge of technicalclaims handling in a claims function, operating in a highly regulatedenvironment.
• Strong understanding of delegated and third-partyclaims management from a technical, commercial, and operational perspective.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to produce MI and detailed reports at various levels.
• Experience and a proven track record of working ina claims environment within a specialised/complex claims area.
• Recognised qualification(s) and/or good practicalknowledge of the insurance regulatory framework.
• Relevant commercial experience of the generalinsurance industry and claims trends to be able to provide expert advice andopinion where required.
