Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate complex insurance claims, determining liability and coverage in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
• Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing from initiation to settlement, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, witnesses, legal counsel, and other relevant parties to gather information and explain claim decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports on claim findings, settlements, and recommendations for claim closure.
• Mentor junior adjusters, providing guidance and support to foster professional development within the remote team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster , with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex claims involving significant financial exposure or legal implications.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in using claims management software and standard office applications.
