Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate complex insurance claims, including property, casualty, and liability, within established guidelines and company policies.
• Conduct thorough reviews of policy coverage, damage assessments, and supporting documentation to determine claim validity and payout.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with policyholders, claimants, and third parties to gather information and explain claim decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports, settlement offers, and case documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for claims files.
• Collaborate with legal counsel, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve contentious or high-value claims.
• Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices in claims management .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and claims handling procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of complex claims independently and efficiently.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in insurance adjusting are highly desirable.
