Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Assessor or similar role within the insurance industry .
• In-depth knowledge of claims handling procedures, relevant legislation, and insurance products.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
