About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive cleaning and sanitation protocols for all designated areas.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a management role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, sanitation best practices , and health & safety legislation (e.g., COSHH).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant operational tools.
