Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection procedures.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment, such as industrial floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners.
• Train and mentor junior cleaning staff, demonstrating best practices and ensuring quality standards.
• Conduct routine checks of cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for reordering.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a professional cleaner or cleaning technician.
• Proficiency in operating various types of cleaning machinery and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their safe use, and disposal.
• Ability to lead and guide a small team effectively.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations in a cleaning context.
