Senior Clinical Educator - RGN

Full Time | Permanent West Midlands Based Salary: £60,000 + Car Allowance

Find Medical is delighted to be partnering with a leading adult social care provider to recruit an experienced Senior Clinical Educator (RGN) for a national role focused on improving and enhancing physical healthcare across services throughout the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Registered General Nurse with a strong background in physical health, education, and training development to influence practice on a national scale.

The Role

As Senior Clinical Educator, you will play a key role in supporting and developing physical health standards across adult social care services nationally. You will combine your clinical expertise with educational leadership to create, implement and deliver high-quality training programmes, frameworks and learning initiatives.

This role involves significant travel across the UK, including regular visits to services in Manchester, Liverpool, South Wales, the Midlands and other locations nationwide. Overnight accommodation will be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging physical health training programmes.
• Create educational content, learning resources and competency frameworks.
• Support the implementation of physical health initiatives across services.
• Deliver face-to-face training sessions to clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Promote best practice in physical healthcare within adult social care settings.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of physical health strategies and standards.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to operational teams.
• Support compliance, governance and quality improvement initiatives.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and credible clinical professional who is passionate about education and developing others.

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a strong physical health background.
• Experience across a broad range of clinical settings.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and educational frameworks.
• Experience developing and delivering training programmes from concept to implementation.
• Ability to create learning content, competency frameworks and educational resources.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
• Experience in both inpatient and community healthcare settings.
• Previous experience working within adult social care.
• AET, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Understanding of NHS 111 services and their role within physical healthcare provision.
