Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Virtual Ward Lead

North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join the Virtual Ward Pharmacy Team for a fixed-term period of 12 months. The role focuses on frailty, respiratory and general medicine across Wirral, delivering expert pharmaceutical care to patients in virtual wards.

You will work with acute providers and the MDT to optimise medicines management, perform medication reviews, support guidelines, and educate colleagues and carers on medicines-related topics.
