Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and dedicated Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their globally distributed research team. This fully remote position allows you to manage and oversee clinical trials from your home base, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulations, and ethical standards. You will be responsible for monitoring study conduct at investigator sites, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining strong relationships with site personnel. This role is crucial for the successful execution of our client's clinical development programs, requiring a proactive approach and excellent site management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits to investigator sites to ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage assigned clinical trial sites, ensuring timely patient recruitment, data collection, and query resolution.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of source data and trial documentation.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with investigators, study coordinators, and site staff.
• Prepare site monitoring reports and escalate any site-specific issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure all study-related activities are conducted in accordance with the clinical trial protocol and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple investigator sites and complex clinical studies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
