About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This pivotal role involves overseeing and managing clinical trial activities from initiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial part in bringing life-changing pharmaceutical products to patients by meticulously monitoring study progress and data integrity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards.
• Manage multiple clinical trial sites remotely, ensuring data accuracy, patient safety, and timely query resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigators and site staff, providing training and ongoing support.
• Prepare and review essential study documents, including monitoring plans, source data verification tools, and site visit reports.
• Identify, track, and escalate protocol deviations, adverse events, and safety concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of study-specific training materials for site personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate , with a proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech research.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clinical trials and sites effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
