Senior Clinical Research Associate

About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and dedicated Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their dynamic team based in Milton Keynes . This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines and protocols. You will be responsible for site monitoring, data collection integrity, and ensuring patient safety throughout the trial lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection, source document verification, and query resolution.
• Manage relationships with clinical investigators and site staff, providing support and guidance.
• Oversee drug accountability and investigational product management at clinical sites.
• Prepare and present monitoring visit reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and study protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Proven experience in site monitoring, data management, and patient safety assessment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to clinical sites as required for monitoring activities.
