About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to spearhead their cloud strategy and infrastructure initiatives. You will be instrumental in defining best practices, evaluating emerging technologies, and guiding engineering teams in adopting cloud-native approaches. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of highly available, scalable, and secure cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure strategy, roadmaps, and best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the cloud adoption lifecycle, from planning to migration and operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud services, tools, and technologies to enhance performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues and implement proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing, with at least 4 years focused on cloud architecture and design.
• Proven expertise in architecting and deploying solutions on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, networking concepts, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
