Overview

As a Senior Consultant in our Business Services team, you will shape consultancy solutions for major clients by guiding cross-functional teams and delivering strategic e-commerce advice. You will mentor junior consultants, nurture client relationships, and drive outcomes through clear problem solving in a digital, evolving landscape. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engagements and serve as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants to foster high performance
• Provide strategic guidance in e-commerce and sector knowledge to craft solutions
• Analyse client problems, articulate value propositions, and present roadmaps
• Support delivery with insights to maintain focus on outcomes
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate learnings into methodologies

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in management or consultancy within the e-commerce domain
• In-depth sector knowledge in 1–2 areas (retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, automotive)
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and technologies (e-commerce platforms, CMS, PIM) and agile methodologies
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate cross-functional teams
• Exceptional relationship-building and senior stakeholder management
• Advanced problem-solving, lateral thinking, and clear communication of complex ideas
• Willingness to travel to client sites in the UK and possibly the EU
