Senior Commercial Counsel – Medical Devices (Remote)

Simmons & Hanbury on behalf of a leading FTSE 100 Medical Devices business in the UK is seeking an experienced senior commercial counsel to support R&D, manufacturing operations and procurement, handling complex commercial agreements and IP matters.

You will draft and negotiate development, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, and collaboration agreements, provide strategic legal advice to senior leaders, and contribute to contract templates and training.
