Senior Commercial Counsel - Remote (Medical Devices/IP)

Simmons & Hanbury is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel in the United Kingdom to support R&D, procurement, and manufacturing operations from a broadly commercial perspective. The role requires 8–12 PQE with both private practice and in-house experience in pharma, devices, or related manufacturing sectors.

You will lead complex agreements, advise on product commercialization, and collaborate across global teams while maintaining strong risk controls.
