Location: UK-wide (remote/hybrid)

Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential extension

A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel to provide cover during a period of transition. This is a high-profile role supporting complex commercial matters across an international business.

Key Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 8-10+ years PQE .
• Training from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or equivalent top-tier law firm .
• Significant in-house experience within a large global organisation .
• Strong commercial contracting, negotiation and stakeholder management expertise.
• Ability to provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to senior leadership.
• Experience handling complex, cross-border commercial arrangements.

Ideal Background

• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage legal risk effectively.
