Senior Commercial Director, E‑Commerce & Growth

Debenhams Group is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the digital and multi-brand trading strategy from our Manchester HQ. You will drive GMV, revenue, margins and customer value across marketplace, fashion, beauty and premium brands while shaping the promotional calendar and partnerships.

With a proven track record in fast-moving, multi-brand retail or e-commerce, you will partner with the MD and senior leaders to deliver sustained growth and high-performance trading.
