Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, and service agreements.

• Oversee contentious commercial matters and assist in dispute resolution strategies.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
