Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct complex commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, disclosure, and witness statements.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate for England and Wales.
• Minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation .
• Demonstrable success in handling high-value and complex multi-jurisdictional disputes.
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload and work effectively under pressure.
