About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Commercial Property Manager to lead their portfolio management for properties in and around Cambridge . This role is integral to ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and financial health of commercial assets, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial sites. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing facilities management, and driving value enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties .
• Develop and implement strategic plans for property maintenance, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize rental income for all managed assets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with tenants to address concerns, manage lease renewals, and ensure positive working relationships.
• Oversee service charge budgets and manage relationships with third-party contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in commercial property management, ideally with a strong portfolio background.
• Proven ability in financial management, budgeting, and tenant relations.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial leases, property law, and building maintenance principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively and operate autonomously in a remote environment.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, IRPM) are highly desirable.
