As Senior Commercial Property Solicitor or Head of Department, you'll lead the division while continuing to advise on complex commercial property matters. Alongside managing your own high-quality caseload, you'll mentor the team, strengthen client relationships and help drive the firm's continued growth.

The Person:

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
• Has leadership or departmental management experience
• Has strong technical knowledge across acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
• Is commercially minded and confident building client relationships
• Enjoys mentoring, developing people and leading by example
