About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker to join their team, operating under a hybrid model in Glasgow . You will be responsible for sourcing and closing deals for commercial properties, building and maintaining a strong network of clients, and providing expert market advice. This role demands exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the commercial property market in Scotland. You will play a vital role in expanding our client's market presence and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and property sourcing to negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market analysis, property valuations, and prepare compelling proposals for clients.
• Negotiate lease agreements and sale contracts to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and relevant legislation affecting the Glasgow and Scottish property markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or sales.
• Proven track record of successfully closing significant commercial property transactions.
• Excellent understanding of the Glasgow commercial property market .
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid office structure.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are a plus.
