Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, and intellectual property licenses.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice.
• Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and paralegals, fostering their professional development.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law .
• Proven track record of managing complex transactional work and advising corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
