About the Role

Our client is searching for a strategic and experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead their communication initiatives from their Liverpool office. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee all media relations activities, including crisis communications, press releases, and media outreach.
• Manage corporate branding and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a progressive communications or public relations leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that deliver measurable results.
• Exceptional leadership, management, and team-building skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate communications, media relations, digital communications, and crisis management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
