Senior Community Cardiology Nurse: Triage & Leadership

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 7 Community Cardiac Nurse to work across our community out-patients Cardiac Services. Posts are based at sites in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Maida Vale and Ladbroke Grove.

You will triage referrals, support clinic staff, interpret ECGs, and lead clinical governance for the community cardiology team, working autonomously with expert support from consultant colleagues.
