Senior Community Care Lead | Team & Care Coordination

Aurum Home Care Jersey is seeking a full-time Senior Community Support Worker to help manage the Community Support team and work with leadership to coordinate care and staff induction.

The role requires NVQ3 or RFQ3, at least one year of full-time care experience, and a valid driver's license with own transport. You will support high-quality home care services across Jersey, ensuring compassionate, client-centered care for all clients and families.
