Senior Community Fundraising Manager — Retention & Engagement

Diabetes UK is seeking a Senior Community Fundraising Manager (retention) to set the direction for retention, supporter engagement and stewardship across our Community Fundraising Team. The post holder will lead a team of Community Fundraisers to maximise income, retention and supporter progression, aligning processes and ways of working for a scalable engagement approach.

The role supports a hybrid working model, balancing time between home and office to suit the needs of the role.
