Senior Community Mental Health Nurse Lead in Community Care

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Community Mental Health Nurse to join the South York Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). You will work with adults with severe and enduring mental health needs in a multidisciplinary community setting.
