Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage target populations.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide information on available support services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, local authorities, and service providers in Plymouth .
- Mentor and support junior outreach workers and volunteers.
- Advocate for clients' needs within the community and with service providers.

Requirements
- Proven experience in community outreach , social work, or a related field.

- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for community travel.
