Senior Complaints Team Lead - Hybrid, London

Huntress is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Complaints Team Leader based in London. You will manage and develop a team of Complaints Officers, resolving customer issues and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will lead on escalated or high-risk complaints, ensure robust quality assurance, and translate feedback into meaningful change across the business. The role is full-time, hybrid, and offers £45,000 per annum on a temp-to-perm basis.
