About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Completions Engineer to join their innovative, fully remote team. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the globe, providing expert advice on completion strategies, equipment selection, and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize well completion strategies for various well types and reservoir conditions.
• Select appropriate completion equipment, including tubing, packers, safety valves, and subsurface controls.
• Develop detailed completion programs and procedures, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the execution of completion operations, providing remote technical support and troubleshooting.
• Analyze post-completion data and well performance to identify areas for improvement and learning.
• Collaborate with drilling and production engineers to ensure seamless transition from drilling to production phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in well completions engineering .
• Strong understanding of completion hardware, software, and operational best practices.
• Experience with various completion types, including intelligent completions and artificial lift systems.
• Proficiency in using completion design and simulation software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills , suited for a remote work environment.
