Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and controls.

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field within the financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of UK financial services regulations (e.g., FCA, PRA).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
