Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computational and statistical methods for analyzing complex biological data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, etc.).
• Design and build predictive models to identify potential drug targets and biomarkers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computational findings into drug discovery programs.
• Visualize and interpret large datasets, communicating key insights to scientific stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain robust bioinformatics pipelines and workflows.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computational biology, machine learning, and bioinformatics.

Requirements

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in analyzing large-scale biological datasets using computational and statistical approaches.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R, and experience with bioinformatics tools.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and their application to biological problems.
• Excellent understanding of molecular biology, genetics, and drug discovery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote , collaborative environment.
