About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join their cutting-edge research and development team in Liverpool . Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize computer vision algorithms for applications such as object detection, recognition, tracking, and segmentation.
• Implement deep learning models for computer vision tasks using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Process and analyze large image and video datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate computer vision modules into larger systems.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in computer vision and AI.
• Contribute to the technical direction and strategy for computer vision projects.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Computer Vision.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing computer vision algorithms and applications.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python, along with experience in relevant libraries (e.g., OpenCV, CUDA).
• Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks and architectures for computer vision.
• Experience with image and video data processing, analysis, and annotation.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
