Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling and high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, and key scenes.
• Develop detailed visual guides and mood boards to establish the artistic direction and style.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, game designers, and animation teams to iterate on designs.
• Present and articulate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Maintain an organized library of concept art assets and ensure consistency across projects.
• Mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback to foster artistic development.

Requirements

• Extensive portfolio showcasing exceptional talent in digital painting and concept art for video games or film.
• Proficiency with industry-standard art software such as Adobe Photoshop and 3D concepting tools.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, color theory, and composition.
• Experience as a Concept Artist or in a similar visual development role.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote , collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning worlds and characters.
