Senior Construction PM for Large-Scale Builds

VanRath is recruiting a Project Manager to lead large new build projects across the UK, including residential and commercial sectors. You will oversee from start to finish, coordinating design, procurement and site teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Contracts/Project Director, you will manage pre-construction activities, risk, safety, and client liaison while driving site performance and programme delivery.
