Senior Construction Project Director - Lead Major Builds

VANRATH is recruiting a Project Director (Construction) to lead large new build projects across the UK, including residential, student accommodation, hotels and commercial. Reporting to the Contracts Director, you will oversee projects from start to finish, delivering high quality work on program.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualifications, a proven track record on £20m+ schemes, and strong commercial, health and safety and leadership skills.
