About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Conduct regular remote site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Implement and manage robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, with at least 7 years of experience.
• Extensive experience with project management software and digital collaboration tools for remote work.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
