Senior Consultant - Business Process Improvement

About the Role

Our client is recruiting a dedicated Senior Consultant with a focus on Business Process Improvement to join their dynamic consultancy practice in Sunderland . Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes across various functions to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Design and document improved workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements, test solutions, and facilitate change adoption.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge base on process excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role focused on business process improvement or operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process re-engineering methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills.
